Secondary Carding

Secondary carding is VERY important if your child plays with another club.

In order to be allowed to play with either club, you need to follow this process.

Why? Players cannot be registered and carded with 2 clubs simultaneously. You will need to decide which club will be the primary club, and which will be the secondary club.

This process takes at least 2-3 weeks, so if you are reading this, you probably should have already started it!

Here is the form that needs to be completed.

Note: When filling this out it is very important that you use the proper names for everything.

Your child's full name as it is on their player card.
Club: Caldwell-West Caldwell Soccer Club
Team Name: CWC [team name], for example CWC Dynamos
League is: MCYSA

Write very neatly (or editing it on your computer is best)

Reach out to the club with any questions. If you are playing with 2 clubs, your child CANNOT play without this being completed. This is NJYS rules, not ours.
